Biography

I was born in North Carolina, where I spent the first 18 years of my life before moving to Providence, RI to attend college.  My studies at Brown University began very briefly as an engineering student, and ended in 1999 with a degree in visual art. During my time in Providence, I also studied extensively at Rhode Island School of Design through a liberal cross-registration agreement between the schools.  I began sharing my work online in 1999 and also began to include paintings of pets in my body of work around this time. Over the years, I have amassed a small, but eclectic (and at times, renowned) group of clients across the country and world. In 2000, I returned temporarily to the south to be closer to family.  I exhibit regularly and travel when possible.
